Fiber One Protein Pancake
Ingredients:1/4 cup quick cooking oats (see more about oats here)
1/4 cup Fiber One Original Cereal
4 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
blueberries for topping
Generously coat a small skillet with cooking spray and preheat over medium heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to cook, flip the pancake and finish cooking until golden brown on each side. Top with blueberries and syrup.
